Working alongside the Wye Valley AONB team and a private landowner, we’re grazing a stretch of riverbank which has become overgrown with invasive Himalayan Balsam.
Working in partnership with the Wye Valley AONB, we’ve been trialling conservation grazing with cattle at Cleddon Bog, near Trellech.
We’re excited to be working with a landowner with a vision! Our cattle are grazing the grounds of the fabulous Grand Designs House of the Year, supporting the restoration of a thriving wildflower meadow surrounding the house.
We were pleased to share our progress to date with this group, which has been an important early supporter of our venture.
Success for Grazing Management – we won the Pinnacle Award for entrepreneurship in farming for our contract conservation grazing business model.
Grazing Management started as an idea during Alex’s university days at the Royal Agricultural University.
